The film follows a young lawyer (Daniel Radcliffe) who travels to town to investigate the home of a recently deceased woman. Arthur Kipps discovers the eerieness of a derelict mansion and discovers that it is actually haunted by a vengeful ghost of a woman dressed in black.
A ghost is trying to kill the town’s children, and Radcliffe’s character is desperate to solve the mystery and prevent more innocent locals from being killed.
